SUPEREKA is involved in nine public housing neighbourhood upgrading projects: Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) works in Bukit Batok and Woodlands, including two 27-block batches in Woodlands, and covered linkways and community improvements in Tampines, Jurong and Simei.

About this work

Upgrading works take place in occupied estates, so design has to be practical to build and supervised through to completion. On NRP Batch 15 at Bukit Batok Central, SUPEREKA provides M&E design and supervises construction until completion.

  • Community Improvement Projects Committee (CIPC) project in Tampines: upgrading of a senior citizens' corner — Completed
  • CIPC project in Tampines: construction of a high-low linkway between three blocks — Completed
  • Covered linkway from a Jurong housing block to a polyclinic — Contract awarded
  • Addition and alteration of low linkways to existing public housing blocks (CIPC) in Simei — Ongoing
  • NRP Batch 16 (27 blocks) in Woodlands, including multi-storey car parks — Tender stage
